Inulin is fructose in long chains completed by glucose.
- Ingest with water, juice, milk, etc. or mix into porridge
- Chicory root contributes to a normal intestinal function through more frequent bowel movements
Recommended use:. 4 tsp. daily spread over the day. Can be ingested with liquid or sprinkled on porridge etc. Store at room temperature, dry and out of direct sunlight.
