Horsetail has a natural content of silicon in its silicon acid form. Silicon is the second most abundant element (next to oxygen) - in nature and in the human body where it is primarily found in tissues with a strong structure, e.g., skin, hair and nails.
Powdered leaves of horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule).
3-6 capsules: horsetail 900-1,800 mg, including 45-90 mg silicon
